We are a family company founded in 1994. with headquarters in Poreč. Our activity is mediation in the purchase and sale of real estate and the construction of apartments and houses for the market. The SELETON agency has been a signatory to the "Rules on Real Estate Brokerage" at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce since 2003 under number 050-03.
The agency is registered in the "Register of Real Estate Brokers" in the Republic of Croatia based on Article 6, Paragraph 2 of the Law on Real Estate Brokerage ("Narodne Novine" No. 107/07) and Article 5 of the Ordinance on the Register of Real Estate Brokers ("Narodne Novine" No. 107/07 Newspaper" number 56/08).
The agency employs an agent for an indefinite period of time who has passed the professional exam for a real estate brokerage agent, who is entered in the Directory of real estate brokerage agents in the Republic of Croatia, based on Article 12, paragraph 2 of the Law on Real Estate Brokerage ("Narodne Novine " number 107/07 ) and Article 5 of the Ordinance on the directory of real estate brokerage agents ("Narodne Novine" number 56/08 and 137/08).
